My wife and I recently bought a home with an exisiting alarm system. I called around and learned Smith Monitoring could use my exisiting system and upgrade it. I phoned the origingal alarm company, to give them a chance to keep my business. I soon found out how superior Smith Monitoring is to other companies. Not only did Smith Monitoring upgrade my system, they gave me a very competitive rate and put my system in for free. My service tech Sean came out ON TIME and was very professional. He ensured I understood the system, made sure I could use it properly, answered all of my questions and most importantly.....he let me inquire about adding to my system, he didn't try to up sale me. I am very impressed with Smith Monitoring from the original sales team to the installation tech. Thank you Smith Monitoring, I look forward to a lasting relationship and will recommend you to any and everyone!!!

Carlos came @ 1 PM and he is still here after answering all my questions and concerns. it is 4:50 PM and he is just finishing up. It is now about 4 hours of work. That to me and my roommate is impressive. His patience, knowledge and caring was excellent!!!

David Lee was very prompt with the scheduled appointment. He was also very courteous and answered all my questions during the installation. In addition, I received the latest up-to-date equipment, and David went through every step of use as well. I definitely recommend Smith and David to anyone looking for a security UPGRADE!

Clint showed up on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his work and their alarm systems. We had an alarm system that was installed in 1985 and at first did not think it would work with the new system we wanted. Clint spent time figuring it out and we ended up with a system that protects the entire house. He did a great job training us on how to use the new system and was just awesome to work with! Smith should be very proud to have such a talented person on their team! We would highly recommend Smith Monitoring to anyone considering a new security system. 5 stars!

The process was smooth and we were given additional options from a well informed installer that will enhance our security system. We utilized our existing wiring and added a wireless option that gives us the best of both worlds. The timing for getting out to our house and getting this installed was fantastic.
