Brand new but I got early access and it made me feel super important lol. Their daily bonus is pretty good and compared to other sites, so much easier to win enough to play a bit off the daily bonuses compared to others!

Smiles is by far one of the worst…
Smiles is by far one of the worst sweepstakes casinos available. There are wayyyy better options available. The reels are extremely tight and you rarely win anything at all on the bonuses. I've played at ever sweepstakes casino available in PA and Smiles was top 5 worst

So today I lived on and claimed my $2…
So today I logged on and claimed my $2 bonus and started playing titan strike and holy moly I won $200 on a 10 cent spin. Got up to $860 but I played it down to around $360 because im awaiting verification and couldn't redeem yet. So far I like it. I'll like it a lot more once I get the redemption. Was never able to get verified. Kept rejecting my driver's license and. I eventually gave up

Poor customer service…They are rigged do not trust these fools
poor customer service ive been waiting for a response from them for 2 hrs now ive emailed them 4 times and not one response thats pure laziness on top of i had 130 sc then it went to 0 with not a single win on top of that hit the bonus but would not give it to me they robbed me blind and their game screwex me out of the bonus so now next step is to take this evidence to my lawyers and have them handle it DO NOT TRUST NOT A SINGLE SOCIAL CASINO THEY ARE ALL RIGGED AND ROB YOU BLIND OH AND THE XUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS NO ONE WILL EVEN HELP YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE........AND HEY SMILES CASINO DONT EVEN ASK FOR ME TO CHANGE MY REVEIW MY REVEIW STANDS AS ITS SEEN AND WILL NOT CHANGE

Exceptional customer support!
Amazing customer support. Had a recent verification issue and customer support was exceptional. The response time was within a few hours as opposed to the next day with most sites. They are very diligent with your sensitive info and I find that very reassuring. As far as gaming on the site I found there game library extensive with high quality graphics. Another great thing is the fact they don't have those annoying popups about promos and purchases. Those can be so tedious and disruptive when playing. But what really sets them apart is their customer service staff. The best I have found online .

OK Casino
They first paid me 2 small redemptions without issue. Then when I won big and withdrew $1666, they banned my account without any explanation. Will have to chargeback if they don’t fulfill my redemption and refund my $3100 balance. Stay away from this casino or you will lose your money. Edit: After many back and forth emails, they finally reopened my account and processed my redemptions.
