First redemption went through fine. 2nd they didn’t want to approve it for some reason. Me being dumb cancelled it and played it out. Won another 260 on that and magically lost everything without any wins. Stay away from here. They don’t pay you when you redeem and their support absolutely sucks. When you contact them they have to send it to someone else. This place is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Stay the heck away from here. Big ole scam. They say it was cancelled before they could approve it yeah because I waited a week.

This casino is great until you try to withdraw. Can't verify my bank, a legitimate OU Federal Credit, they're bullshitting. They never intend on you cashing out I guess. I'm reading these trying to find one positive thing about the payout. The reviews on here about how happy they are, definitely havent tried cashing out!!!! Gambling is a big risk on its own. When I deposited for the first time I assumed the risk of losing by spinning slots, not by Smiles Casino knowingly not going to be able to verify my bank due to “processor issues” and not able to pay out the small win I had. Their response was for me try a new bank or sit patiently and wait until/if they get it figured out.
