It started good and payout was no more than 2 hours until I recently won over $500 and that was 07/2/2026 it is now 07/9/2026 and I am still in pending status.I reached out to CS a couple f times,only to hear that I am still pending and my redemption is under review blah blah blah blah blah blah. I cancelled all of my redemption and only redeemed $100 dollars I played with the $400 and won 700 I redeemed $600 and still waiting I DONT KNOW I JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE STAYED HONEST LIKE THEY WERE WHEN I FIRST STARTED PLAYING AND CASHED OUT WITH $100 they would pay instantly even payed within 48 hours and that was ok, And to be honest I don’t mind waiting but to keep me waiting over a week, is not acceptable CAN I PLEASE RECEIVE MY WINNINGS? I mean I left good reviews in the past but I had to post this review because this type of behavior is not acceptable

What can I say the customer service is great & fast .. Though I do wish the redemption was as fast as well.. Aside that they do have vary great games to choose from and the daily free rewards they offer .

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Redemption used to be within 2-4 hours… now it’s been days … and I contact support all they give is generic responses…and It’s the same “person” everytime… “Jay” … be fr. 🙄🙄

Considered giving less stars but the amount of various games I like the real issue is redemption experience I have 3 redemptions of $200 each . Redeemed on June 23, 2026 supposed fast redemption time up to 72 hours I was told well if you do the math definitely over that time . I contacted customer service a few days ago where I get a cookie cutter response with no true answer , get told it was escalated , yet here we are July 1st after two escalations ( I doubt it ) still no redemption progress and no real answers . So sad !

I put in a redemption over 2 weeks ago and it’s STILL NOT PROCESSED! and all I get in return from customer service is that it’s pending and NO TIMEFRAME! I have put in thousands of dollars here and am at the highest level of VIP. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED! FAST REDEMPTIONS? LAUGHABLE! This company takes your money in one second and then doesnt want to pay you when you win ANYTHING! PLAYER BEWARE! FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM!

Heard this casino had fast redemptions. I submitted a redemption on 6/24. It is now 6/30 and I still haven't had it approved by the team. Update: I've messaged support and got generic messages. Fernando says my redemption request is actively being handled. Since I don't appear to be getting the redemption any time soon I went ahead and cancelled it and played it up a bit. I guess I'm probably back to square 1 of processing hell now. We'll see if i ever get my money Update: After submitting a redemption request on 7/2, I received my redemption on 7/14. I am giving three stars because im happy now. But the wait is LONG! Be prepared!
