Dr. Arooj was awesome! I was having such a difficult time getting good impressions. After my zoom call with her, I finally got them done!! Dr. Arooj gave such easy to follow advice. Now I'm excited to get my aligner!

I had the most amazing Zoom impression tutorial with Dr. Arooj Sibtain! She was very patient as we walked through 3 sets of completing the impressions that were cleared enough to send in to have my 3d scan developed. I'm on to the next step of mailing them in. Thanks to Mr. Brett Arndt for coordinating the zoom call and for his patience and caring nature!

We loved the patience of our online contact. We appreciated the first box of free putty when we were unsuccessful. Unfortunately our 2nd box of putty that we payed for only had 2 sets of base and catalyst and 8 more cups of base only and we found the phone number listed for our online contact did not work. Bummer. We found the assistance of the online doctor to be superb! In just a few minutes she had the proper impressions in spite of the minimal 2 tries available to us. We were ashamed we tried so many times with our hygienist sister in law. It was so much easier with the online hygienist.

Customer service is amazing. They respond very quickly and well! I finished my liners but weren't quite straight so they sent me more stuff to make impressions for a new round until I'm satisfied. I love that I'm getting exactly what I paid for, regardless of how My teeth moved thus far.

This Company is a scam do not use!! I fully paid and approved treatment plan. After 6 months and 12 alinger they made absolutely no improvement to My teeth. I was provided with an extra 4 alinger that again made no improvement. After a lot of chasing I was provided with an extra 2 alinger that literally fell out of my mouth. When I contact the company again to explain and asked for a refund they have refused refund and ignored all emails. A 6 month treatment turned into 11 months with absolutely zero improvement to My teeth. The teeth whitening kits is pointless. Cheap, useless scam of a company. I have reported to my bank and they are getting my money back.
