Update 3 : it’s now the 20th and my advisor hasn’t answered me in days. My profile does not have an update on my aligners even though the response from them below says by the 16th they are to be shipped out. At this point I feel this is a scam company and I will be canceling this service and reporting them so that I can get my money back. Please do not use this service so here’s an update; as soon as I told my advisor through the chat that I was going to be writing a review, I suddenly got shipment information. It’s bad customer service that information was given & something was done only when I had to twist an arm. They want to offer me free retainers; right now I’m just waiting for my aligners so I can start my treatment. Hopefully nothing worse will come from this service. Another update it’s the 18th and still no shipping info even though the customer service rep below said shipped out by the 16th. Anything to prevent a bad review it seems.

The aligners are then sent out within 15 business days, not counting weekends, so your aligners are scheduled to be shipped by August 16th. We are pleased to inform you that your aligners are ready and will be delivered by the start of next week. We also want to address your concern about payments. You chose a payment plan, and in this plan, payments are automatically deducted. However, this does not affect our commitment to delivering your aligner package. Dr. Arooj was quick with the demonstrations and instructions, saving me valuable time. Her guidance and directions were different then the ones sent in the mail and on the video. Her modified techniques allowed me to achieve the impressions I needed. Wish I could have just started with her to begin with.
