The process is extremely slow and the straightening time takes forever. Once the set of aligners they send does not complete the straightening process, they make you do another set of impressions and try to get you to pay for those materials each time. After 4-5 sets of additional aligners, my teeth are still not straight. The cost of this brand of aligners is lower than most, but you get what you pay for - just put the money towards another brand. Smileie staff - before you respond to this, I have already spoken with your team (via the email you are providing to these reviews) and was told your company wouldn’t do anything.

Was nervous about making my impressions but the Dentist was patient with me and helped me make usable impressions. I would recommend getting your impressions with the help of a Dentist as opposed to doing them yourself.
