His skillful knowledge and guidance throughout the whole introductory process was most welcoming. I hope to continue to work with him as the months progress. And apart from him, Dr. Arnooj is a wonderful dentist who gave me very clear and helpful assistance the entire time that I did my impressions. It was all great getting the kit and everything done but then when you need to buy another retainer can’t get ahold of anyone. I paid for a retainer and it’s been two weeks and nothing. Tried to chat online and all they say is contact your original guy. Funny contacted him and no response. So customer service is really lacking! If no shipping in the next couple days I will contest with cc company.
