I had a great experience with my ortho Zoom call! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism and would definitely recommend her!

From when I placed my order, I was in immediate contact with a smile specialist who kept in great communication with me and kept me informed of the process along the way. The responsiveness was quick! When I failed to do a proper first impression on my own, he set me up with a Zoom appointment with Dr. Arooj to help me get workable impressions. She was patient and her guidance was clear and within 30 minutes I had completed all the impressions! So far my experience with Smileie has be so positive. I look forward to getting the finalized aligners and have no doubt I will be supported throughout the entire process.

The impression session was super helpful! They have tips and tricks that are not mentioned in the instruction booklet. Would highly recommend booking a session (through zoom) to make sure you get a great impression.
