The representative (Brett) who is helping my son and I has gone above and beyond to make this experience so smooth and effortless! Even when my son had to redo his molds a few times, Brett was always so kind and helpful. And every time I had a question or concern he would answer right away. I’ve ordered retainers for another family member before from Byte and I can honestly say that my experience with Smileie and Brett has been much better! I will definitely recommend Smileie going forward to anyone who wants to better their smile with ease at an amazing price and the absolute best customer service.

Dr Arooj from Team Smileie was great! I was pretty nervous about doing my impressions with an online dentist and she made the process easy and stress-free. She was very patient, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. It was a piece of cake!

I have had invisible aligners through one of the bigger and more expensive online brands where the customer service and follow up were almost nonexistent. I was hesitant to give Smileie a chance but I'm so glad they did. Smileie exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my results!

I have only done impressions so far. The large trays were to big, so I was sent the medium trays. She was very nice to work with for both virtual appointments. I dragged my teeth for my initial impressions, so I was scheduled for an appointment to help make my impressions. Then she saw that the first trays were too large and had the medium trays sent to me. After the second trays were delivered, it took a week to get an appointment again with the same doctor. She was just as pleasant as before. I hope the rest of this process goes just as well!

From signing up to receiving my aligners, the support staff at Smileie has been fantastic. I had issues with getting my molds done and they simply set up a video call with a doctor to walk me through what I was doing wrong. Brett Arndt, my advisor, has been pleasant, extremely patient, helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. The customer portal is very simple to use and pretty much self explanatory. I can already feel my aligners working and can’t wait to see the results. 5/5 would recommend.

So far I am super impressed with the quality of the aligners I received. It’s a way better experience than what I had with Smile Direct Club. And the aligner case you receive is super cool.
