Update: Smilie contacted me to offer a refinement treatment free of charge. I’ll update again at the end of that treatment. Not worth the time or money!! My teeth are still not straight. I just finished with aligner 12 and now I move on to the retainer. It isn’t even straight, so they stopped treatment before even making my teeth straight. I emailed the advisor when I first got my aligner package and his response was that I only purchased bottom aligners and maybe I should have purchased both. So I guess if I had unnecessarily purchased top aligners Smileie would have worked harder to make my bottom teeth straight. But since I didn’t, I guess they think “close is good enough”. So I wasted all this time for nothing!!! Please learn from my experience and don’t waste your money.

Dr. Arooj was wonderful! She made sure that I got my impressions done correctly the first time and was very clear with her directions throughout the process. She showed me exactly what I needed to do with her own example set of putty and impression trays which was very helpful. I finished my appointment with no doubt that my impressions are workable, and I’m looking forward to receiving my aligners.
