We had a virtual appointment for the impressions and Arooj was extremely helpful! We had tried numerous times by ourselves, and could not get workable impressions. We were able to get all the sets needed on the 1st try with her!

Buyer beware!! This is a fake company. Please do not use this company. The phone numbers don’t work, only one person ever respond by email. They wanted to charge me for impressions. Then asked me to return them and still want to charge me. The impressions was delivered to a home residence, not a business. This is not a real company with professionals.

The results were a solid B+. Top are straight and lower teeth are nearly straight. The aligners and moulds had to be redone several times even though I followed the instructions (one of the accepted risks when opting for a mail order aligner where you're cutting out the middle man = ortho professional). The company did follow through on their word to correct the aligners until they fit appropriately.
