Outstanding Results, Incredible Value, and Excellent Customer Service! I cannot say enough good things about Smileie and the experience we had with them. If you are looking into teeth straightening or clear aligners and are shocked by the prices being quoted by traditional orthodontists or companies like Invisalign, I would strongly recommend looking into Smileie before spending thousands of dollars elsewhere. I decided to use Smileie for my son, and I’ll admit that initially I wondered how a company charging a fraction of the price of traditional clear aligners could provide comparable results. After going through the entire process, I can say that I am extremely happy that we gave them a chance. The results were excellent. My son's treatment worked exactly as we had hoped, and his teeth came out looking great. The process was surprisingly simple and easy to follow from beginning to end. We were able to handle everything without constantly making appointments, sitting in waiting rooms, rearranging our schedules, or dealing with all of the inconvenience that normally comes with orthodontic treatment. The biggest thing that impressed me was the value. The cost was approximately a tenth of what we could have spent going through some of the more traditional clear-aligner options. When you are talking about orthodontic treatment, that can mean saving thousands of dollars. As a parent, I obviously wanted to save money, but I wasn't interested in saving money if it meant sacrificing the final result. In our case, we didn't have to make that sacrifice. We saved a tremendous amount of money AND got the results we wanted. The customer service was another major positive. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they were helpful and responsive. They made the process understandable and never made us feel like we were on our own simply because this wasn't being handled through a traditional orthodontist's office. I think that's important because when you're doing something involving your child's teeth, you naturally want to feel confident that you're making the right decision. Smileie made the entire experience much easier than I expected. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine paying several times more for another clear-aligner program after seeing the results we received. Obviously, everyone's dental situation is different, and people should make sure whatever treatment they choose is appropriate for their individual needs. But based strictly on our family's experience, Smileie was an outstanding choice. My son now has a great smile, the treatment worked perfectly for us, the process was easy, and we saved an enormous amount of money compared with the other options we considered. That's pretty difficult to beat. I also appreciate that companies like Smileie give families another option. Orthodontic treatment can be incredibly expensive, and not every family can easily spend several thousand dollars on clear aligners. Having a more affordable alternative that actually delivered results for us made a huge difference. If you're considering clear aligners, my advice would be to at least check Smileie out and compare the cost before automatically going with one of the expensive, well-known brands. I'm certainly glad we did. From the price to the convenience, customer service, and most importantly the final results, our experience was excellent. Five stars without hesitation. We saved thousands of dollars, my son's teeth look great, and I would absolutely recommend Smileie to others based on our experience.
