I have received 3 shipments of product sine 9/25. I’ve emailed four times to cancel my subscription and it still has not been done. I’m filing a report with PayPal. The product did not work for me and I’ve lost a lot of money with this purchase if I’m not credited and this is not terminated I will follow a report with a Better Business Bureau.

I have tried to stop this subscription twice over the past YEAR, and you all keep charging me and sending product. I have moved, so I’m not even receiving product now, but I’m still being charged. The last time I received product, I sent it back. THEIVERY. Can I give this zero stars? Now I have to take this up with my bank.

I signed up for the trial package then later received a huge tube of toothpaste and brushes then a couple of months later I received another big tube and toothbrushes. I called and canceled this account only to receive a credit card bill charging me another 47.72 the customer service says was 1/3 of the payment for one tube. So to get one large tube of toothpaste is nearly $150 oh that also included some toothbrush heads that I never asked for I mean, who needs three toothbrush heads every two months only one person one. I found out today after talking to customer service that they charged me $45. Every time they sent me three replacement heads this place just robs your blind do not sign up for this stuff. I wish I had been warned ahead of time, man that’s an extremely expensive con. Customer service was no help at all. I asked if I could send back the $45 toothbrushes and they said oh I missed the 90 day return window by three days. Well I wouldn’t have known about it until I got my credit card statement today that they’re still charging me for something I canceled.

This is a scam. The deal I signed up for was $48 onetime order of the smileactives product to see if it actually worked. Unfortunately they automatically signed me up for a subscription without my consent and they started charging my card for over $200. I ordered this product from the Shop app but smileactives created a membership using my email address I used on the Shop app and kept charging my card. I couldn’t cancel the subscription because I didn’t create the account on the smileactives website so I had no way to login and cancel the subscription. These guys are scammers. I’ve never written a review before but these people don’t deserve to be in business.

Buyers beware! They bait and switch your order to recurring shipments and recurring billing. You get a go around when trying to cancel. Purchase at your own risk. Update: problem resolved after speaking to a representative.

You can just be like old nana and pop? That is a very inappropriate statement . I’d never try your product for that alone. Even if the reviews were good!

I did not sign up for monthly subscription & they will not cancel it , charging my credit card & im not even receiving the product . They do not answer their phone ! Terrible company & products !!!!!!!
