I wish I had understood how SmileActives handles recurring shipments before ordering. My biggest complaint is that I received no email notifying me that another shipment was about to be processed or shipped. When I questioned this, I was told that advance shipment notifications are not their policy. Without any notice or clear timeline, I had no opportunity to cancel before the next shipment was sent. A simple reminder email could have prevented this entire situation. I returned the unused product at my own expense, paying $9.45 to USPS. Before sending it back, I confirmed with SmileActives that I would receive a full refund of $30.25. USPS tracking showed the return was delivered to their Groveport, OH location on August 15. When I contacted SmileActives, the representative initially told me their system showed it had not yet been delivered. I had to quote the USPS delivery confirmation before they agreed to process my refund. Then they processed only $20.53 instead of the $30.25 I had been promised. I had to question that too before the representative finally agreed to issue the full refund. To their credit, the representative ultimately agreed to correct the refund. My issue is that I had to catch and challenge each problem myself. If you order from SmileActives, I strongly recommend keeping screenshots of conversations, saving your tracking and shipping receipts, knowing exactly what you were promised, and carefully checking your refund. And be aware that, based on my experience and what I was told, you may not receive an email warning you before your next recurring shipment is sent.

Advertising said fine for sensitive teeth. I cant use it cuz its to harsh for my sensitive teeth. Didnt noticed much of a difference also in the few times I tried

There is no difference in the color of my teeth. But I would not recommend this.
