I’m reading that folks get caught up in the subscription renewal without knowledge. I’ve tried to see if I’m on an auto renewal for this non working product but can’t find anyway to check and preemptively cancel. I have no desire to continue use of this product and will throw this trash away

What a complete scam this company is- beware! beware! By ordering they set you up in a 'subscription" and charge a huge fee for the next shipment- which they ship after 1 month from the first order. This is one of the worst order experiences I have ever had.
