Doesn't work. Have been trying to cancel my subscription. Unable to cancel and the bottles just keep coming.
Response from SmileactivesSep 30, 2026
We're sorry to hear about your experience, Mark. Everyone's smile is unique, so individual results can vary based on starting shade and routine. Many of our customers notice a gradual change after using the product consistently. To get the best results from the product, we recommend using the directed amount of gel twice a day while brushing for a full two minutes each time. Your experience is very important to us, and we want to make things right with your subscription. Kindly contact our Customer Care team at 1‑800‑207‑8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, so we can assist you.

Great product. No problems with receiving my next order. I have never run out waiting for my next shipment. Product is on auto shop. Great product. I get a lot of comments on how white my teeth are.

I only received one tube and it took six months to get that. I have not received anything since then and I’m still being charged. Please let me know how I can cancel this and get refunded.

FONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company may be a scam? While they send the product, it’s impossible to cancel subscription. The site is ridiculous and Jo have yet to find a way to contact the company. They just send an email directing me to their portal. Basically a sales page without a direct way to get customer service. I will continue to try and cancel but wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.
