The product works pretty well but your billing and customer service needs a lot of work. The subscription is really expensive and I would expect the product improved my teeth color ongoing, but it doesn't. I have months worth of product that will probably go bad even though we have two adults using it 2x daily and have even given away a bottle to our adult child. Make the bottles smaller and lower the monthly fee or you're going to lose customers.
