A little rough on the gums to begin with but I learned how to use the smileactives amount correctly and love the white teeth!!!

This is a common and well-documented reaction and is typically short-lived. If you experience sensitivity again, we recommend pausing use until your gums return to normal. When you resume, try using a smaller amount of gel, such as ½ pump or ¼ pump. While whitening results may take a little longer, this adjustment often helps minimize sensitivity while still delivering great results.
