This product is expensive, and does not work, even when used exactly as directed. AND the membership is nearly impossible to cancel. You cannot do it oNline, and Customer Service works limited hours. I am about to cancel it by stopping payment on their charges with my bank. BUYER BEWARE

Total Scam!! I sent for one tube of toothpaste and have been repeatedly charged for products I didn't order. I just reported the company to the FTC. Here's my transcript with a customer service person. Buyer beware! AGENT (Joan): I have your account now and based on our records, it shows here that it was canceled on 7/8/2023. I can see here that the charge taken on your card on 7/21/2023 for $29.93 was the second installment from the deluxe gel you received in June as the total amount of it is $90.52 and is being divided into 3 monthly installments same from your March shipment. Currently, you still have a balance of $90.52 and that will be billed on 8/21/2023. This will be the last installment, Elaine. After that, rest assured that no future shipments or charges until then. AGENT (Joan): I mean no future shipments or charges as your account was canceled. USER: I never ordered any deluxe gel and I didn't sign up for autoship. I ordered one tube of toothpaste back in May and I didn't want anything else. I am NOT paying $90.52 and I am reporting this company to my bank and to the consumer protection agency. AGENT (Joan): I am sorry for any confusion. When you placed an order online, you were also enrolled to automatic shipments, in which after a month of your initial order, you will be sent a deluxe sized gel bigger than your trial order and you will get it every 12 weeks thereafter. The total amount of the deluxe kit is being divided into 3 monthly installments. AGENT (Joan): You can definitely take advantage of our 60 days money back guarantee, but to avoid the hassle in returning the package, I can provide you a 20% discount on your current balance. This means that you can keep the package with you and the 20% will be deducted to your balance. USER: No thanks. I am sending this entire transcript to the consumer protection agency. There was no indication of the autoship and I see online that a LOT of people have had the same bad experience. This is a scam and a discount won't rectify it.

I purchased this product and received two separate shipments. I asked for ONE shipment TOTAL. After they forced me into autoship, I removed Paypal as an automatic payment option and ever since, they have been spamming me with physical mail and emails threatening to send me to collections, saying I still owe them money. They sent me products, I was charged for those products *before* they were sent. And yet, now they are trying to charge me over twice what I paid initially. When you order a product, you pay for that product FIRST, and then they send it to you. That's what they did here; I paid, I was charged and then they sent me the product after that. There is nothing else to do here and I owe them NOTHING. They are threatening to send me to collections when I never committed to ongoing purchases and never gave them my SSN or agreed to receive product without payment up front so I am completely baffled as to why they think they can send me to collections over this. I am also extremely unhappy with the service I have received and have tried emailing and chatting with no resolution to this. Their chat rep was rude and disconnected the chat early when I wouldn't accept their alternate terms. Avoid this company at all costs, their product is worthless and even if it was great, it is not worth dealing with their predatory, customer-abusive tactics.

Beware. YOU WILL BE ENROLLED IN AUTOSHIP, UNKNOWINGLY. Received an "autoship" 33 days after initial purchase. Gel & 3 electric toothbrush heads for $126.17...realistically $20 of merchandise.

Smile actives is a scam! Their "membership" means that they can send you any product they choose and charge you whatever they want.

i do not know how they got a hold of my credit card and stated shipping kits to me- this company is a scam - I then created an account thinking I could cancel any future orders but the website does not give you this option - they want you to call them -

They charge you $100 for the subscription you never opted for and there is no way to cancel it. They say to return the item for the refund but it costs more to ship it and you get nothing. In addition there is no difference after using the product. It’s a financial scam company. Stay away from it

I have been using it a month now with no difference in getting whiter im kinda dissapointed im gonna return it
