As there are many negative reviews I felt I needed to make a positive one. I hoped the product would work but after the first day it caused my gums to hurt. I called Customer Service and was treated very professionally. They cancelled my subscription and verified I had a zero balance and would refund my money. The refund was posted to my Paypal account that very day without even returning the product which they said was not necessary. Sorry others have had service problems but I have to say I was totally satisfied with Customer Service. I only wish the product had worked for me.

A terrible, terrible company!! I ordered 1 time order to try out. One month later I was again charged. I called, the representative told me I signed up for Annual Membership, no where did I read I was obligated to an annual membership. Representative told me I had a $95 outstanding balance if I wanted to cancel and that I am obligated to pay the entire membership. They are deceptive, rotten, not trustworthy and representative could care less and followed the script. Every one needs to stop buying this product. They said my account is canceled, but have to pay in full, a real scam!!! Ed Seiler Las Cruces NM

Product does not work. I have tried to cancel twice. First time I called to cancel I was told they have a new formula and would reduce subscription price. I reluctantly kept subscription but told them not to extend me beyond the updated subscription. Several weeks after subscription the y began charging my paypal account again. Called again to cance and asked for refund. They told me product was already being shipped and could not be canceled but I could send it back for a refund. So far I have not received product or return label. This is a dishonest company. Stay away!!

I ordered special with (2) tubes of this product. I didn't care for it & saw no improvement. I was billed and shipped another shipment. I called to cancel & told them I didn't order any more as I didn't care for their product. I was told that when I signed up that it was an auto shipment. I told them to cancel my account and not to charge me or ship me any more items. I just received another charge & when I called them she said I owed a total of $89.00. I never saw where this was an auto shipment. If they have to do business like this to make money I call that underhanded & should be illeagal.

They trick you into signing up for a subscription, then continue to hound you for payment even after you've canceled, fraudulently claiming that you owe them money when in fact you don't. Stay for away.

BUYER BEWARE, don't be fooled by their ads, everyone does not have pearly white teeth, enamel changes over years. Don't waste your money, this isn't a miracle to white teeth. Smile Actives is no more effective than using a toothpaste with whitening . I get the same results from the whitening toothpaste without adding Smile Actives to boost the whitening. If you buy their trial you'll play Hell getting out of them sending you additional product and will then charge your CC. Getting a refund is difficult to say the least. I REGRET EVER TRYING THEIR PRODUCT !

Smileactives is a fraud. They stole my money saying I signed up for subscription service which I did not. They "offer" a refund, but you need to cover their $3 "shipping" fee plus the $15 or whatever dollars to ship the product back to them.

This is a scam. You order a trial kit and then they automatically send you stuff and charge your credit card jumbo bucks. Pod Save America SHOULD NOT be promoting this ridiculous SCAM. Go on the website and TRY to cancel, I dare you.
