BUYER BEWARE!!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The product is ok but they set up 2 subscriptions and charged me both monthly AND the full amount for the 90 day supply. I did not receive 2 90 day supplies but I was charged for 2. I NEVER set up a second subscription. Someone did and then I was on the hook for the double payment. NEVER again! I cancelled both subscriptions and will never use them again!

This company is HORRIBLE when trying to cancel a subscription!!! Don't try to email them because they don't respond to emails. After calling and cancelling my subscription, I received another shipment and my card was charged. I called to complain and was offered a 40% discount to keep it. I explained that I was not going to keep the shipment because I had cancelled my subscription. I was told that I could send it back for credit/refund, but I would have to pay for the postage to return it. This is ridiculous!!! Why should I have to pay for return postage on something I didn't order?! I have no choice other than to do this in order to never have to deal with Smileactives again!

This product did not change my teeth shade one bit after two full tubes. If there was a zero they would get one. I did not try the return because I also bought their electric toothbrush which was worth the cost.

I purchased a trial subscription from Smileactives and later canceled it through PayPal, which was the designated payment method. Despite the cancellation, Smileactives persisted in claiming that my subscription was still active and aggressively pursued payments. Even after providing documented proof of cancellation, I was met with a collections notice for an alleged debt. Their refusal to acknowledge my cancellation, despite clear evidence, and the subsequent aggressive debt collection practices, has been a stressful and frustrating experience. Customer service never answered the phone (multiple times) and failed to respond to my email requesting confirmation of subscription closure, showcasing a lack of respect for customer concerns and fair business practices. I strongly advise against engaging with Smileactives unless you're prepared for potential unjust debt claims and poor customer service.

Ditto, all the other reviews were the mirror image of mine. 1 month after my first order, I received a load of product I did not order and was billed $172 which would be divided into monthly payments. I canceled my next shipment but was going to be charged for the 2nd shipment using the card on my account. I never could talk to a real person, seemed all AI generated.

ok product, TERRIBLE auto subscription/billing The product seems to work...Mild positive results. However, placing any order AUTOMATICALLY enrolls you in a subscription, only disclosed in the confirmation email (in very small print), along with a price hike of more than 3 times initial order, that they AUTOMATICALLY bill monthly. my initial price (with taxes) was 37.49. 30 days later i received a notice from my credit card of another charge of 41.68. i went to the website to cancel, and with no online cancellation option had to call customer service. It was not an easy call. They tried multiple ways to keep me from cancelling (you have to be persistent). I finally got them to cancel any additional shipments, after the second one. I figured i'd have to eat the 47.00 - which was fine because i think the product helps somewhat. This was when they dropped the other shoe. the 47.00 was really 141.00 billed in 47.00 increments monthly. BEWARE- while I have had mild positive results after 4 weeks, they AUTOMATICALLY enroll you in a subscription plan where they send you a 3 month supply and charge you 47.00 a month EVERY month. It's really a shame because i have had positive reults from the product.

Sadly, I like this product but I won't order from them again. I am so frustrated that I called them twice now to cancel their repeat ordering, which I didn't sign up for in the first place. After cancelling this service a month ago, I saw that my credit card was charged yet again this month by them. I will contact the Better Business Bureau if the charges don't stop. Do NOT give them your credit card number!

SCAM! They throw you into a subscription and then charge your card. Luckily, I used paypal and they helped me out. Now I get a bill for $83.90. For what???? I paid once when I ordered, once they charged me... I received 2 orders, one I paid for and one they charged me (never got a refund for the one I didn't order). Now they are billing me for???? For just being a sucker and ordering this crap. Doesn't work! Save your money. I got through to customer service. Feel bad for the rep that answered the phone. Basically I have to return the one they sent me and they will refund me. ??? Maybe...
