This does not work. If you order they sign you up for membership of $74.85 and put you on a monthly auto shipment for $30 a bottle. If you return it, YOU have to pay for return; insurance and taxes. Don't trust this company

0 stars should be an option! After the initial purchase, you are enrolled for auto-shipment for EACH kit. The cost for each kit totals around $150+ and deducted from your account in 3 installments. They will offer a 20% discount to not return. If you return, you are responsible for shipping. They do NOT include the return address in the shipment (6390 Commerce Court, Grove Port OH 43125) forcing to call so they can waste your time trying to convince you to keep their product (that doesn't work). I am very skeptical that they will actually refund my account. They do not operate like a trustworthy company. Order off Amazon if you really want to try it.

Cost is very high and the ongoing automatic payment system is not clearly defined. When you realize this (as a consumer after (seeing the large cost broken down over three months in credit card charges on your second shipment), it is very difficult to cancel what is actually an ongoing autopay subscription, even after contacting customer service. DO NOT fall for the slick TV ads and order this product!

I ordered this product because of the tv commercial. I didn’t joined their subscription or membership. But, within a week I received an alert from my checking account that they withdrew money from my account. This transactions happened twice within a few days and, without my permission. Immediately, I called the bank to reported them and stopped them from withdrawing additional money. I also called their customer service to asked why the company withdrew money from my account without my permission. I was stunned when the customer service guy said that, I’ve a balance of $75. I asked him, “how could that be!” I only ordered the 30 days initial trial from the advertisement and, now you’ve charged my account for more money. How outrageous and, a SCAM to get people to buy the product. I asked him to cancelled the product for a full refund, and I would be happy to return their product. A few days after my cancellation I received another package from them with another product which I never ordered. Total SCAM AND ILLEGAL!!! So, I returned all three products and, paid for the cost of shipping including other fees and, they only refunded me $20.23, instead of $53.39. I didn’t received a full refund, as claimed, “money back guarantee.” But, I did file a complaint to the FTC and other agencies about this company. I will continued to file complaints until they refunded me the balance that they owe me. Hopefully, no one else gets misled by this fraudulent promotion. As far as the product, it DOES NOT work. SHAMEFUL!!!

I've had the same experience as everyone else. I am contemplating filing a class action lawsuit, as they continue to harass me for payment after I blocked payment via my credit card company, since canceling is impossible. Anyone interested in taking part?

This is a SCAM!!!!!Beware that when you purchase what you think is a sample you are actually signing up for a membership. No where are you told this until you see additional charges on your credit card. When cancelling I was told I would owe and additional $95 because I was no longer getting member pricing. By the way, the product does not work. And don't try to cancel via the chat line. Sat there for an hour waiting for a live person to reply. Finally called and spoke to a useless customer service person who spoke very broken English. I could not understand much of the conversation other than I owe $95 to cancel.

My complaint is similar to others posted here. I paid for the trial tube, unaware that I had also signed up for a "membership", until I received a large size tube as well. I cancelled the membership, was ìnformed that I could keep the product, but returned the large size via UPS anyhow, which cost $13.08. I am still receiving past due notices for $60.84 for the large tube which I never requested, and returned. I have notified them twice that I returned the unwanted tube.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered the product, but there was no indication that I was signing up for a membership. I only found out about it when I saw a $40 charge (1 of 3) show up on my credit card statement. The next shipment had already gone out. Now I have to waste time in returning it for a refund less the shipping charge. How do they get away with this? Plus - this product does NOT work.
