This company is a total scam. I paid $31.50 for the first two tubes. They do nothing after three weeks. I DID NOT ask for monthly deliveries -- I NEVER do that. Yet, they took out $31.50 from my bank account again. They will not reverse the charge. I have to wait for the box to arrive (within 14-21 days) and then return the box to them and they will take 5-7 days after they receive the box to give me a refund. This is a total scam!!!! Do not buy this "product." I'm having to go to my bank and make a fraud claim to reverse this from my bank account. BEWARE

The company is continuing to pursue me for the product they mailed to me without the Unit number provided. I disputed the charge and PAYPAL returned my money. They continue to bill me with 3 separate invoices every month in spite of my written notice. BEWARE.

I have use this for about 7 mos., on the 6th day of using this my teeth had lighted 2 shades I have a front cap, a bridge and a few other things. this product over the months have change everything with my teeth, sooo white and shiny if you are not getting good results it simply means you are not using it and if you shop around you can get a good price

I ordered and paid for a sample pack and a month later got a full size for $60! I did not sign up for a subscription. Knowing how these things work I was super careful not to sign up for a subscription. When I called to cancel a non subscription, they said they would refund except for shipping and handling. Would you pay $60 for toothpaste which showed no difference after a month of use? Bad business

I would give a zero star if possible. DO NOT BUY!!! Expensive and doesn't work. A good whitening toothpaste you can buy for a few dollars at a drug store works much better. They trick you into a recurring subscription charge and are not helpful in cancelling or returning product and returning money. Repeat....DO NOT BUY!!!! Does not work, and it is very expensive and not worth it.

They make it as hard as possible to cancel the subscription. I had to try three days in a row to get it canceled until I was finally able to reach customer service to accomplish this. They asked me multiple times if I would take some option other than canceling when I could not have been more clear that I just wanted to cancel the subscription. I think that they very purposefully engineer the cancellation process to capture people who don’t have enough stamina to see the process through. It’s disgraceful.

This company is a fraud. Not only does the product not work, they continue to charge you $47.00 every quarter for your “subscription”. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Doesn't work like they say , be careful they keep billing you every month . 48.00 I've told them cancel I'm still dealing with them trying take it from my account . Not worth it .
