Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen. An absolute scam. They will trick you into a subscription service and make it extremely difficult to cancel. It wasn't until I threatened the chat bot that I would sue was I immediately connected with a live representative who canceled my membership. DO NOT USE!

They sent me a bill for $80 for toothpaste and mouthwash. I returned it. They keep sending me bills wanting me to pay for something. I already returned. It’s just a scam I would stay away.

Ordered the BOGO and tried for 30 days. No appreciable difference, so I called to cancel and was forced to pay a balance on the account of $61. Agree with other posts here that the advertising is misleading and lures you into an ongoing subscription. Not sure which is worse - product that doesn't work or a company that wants to trick you into a long-term subscription. I paid the $61 and glad to get out of the subscription.

My wife purchased Smileactives for me for Christmas. I'm a coffee drinker, and was glad to have an easy to use teeth whitener. The problem is, it doesn't work. A three months supply was shipped on January 1, and payments came out over the next three months. I finally was able to get someone on chat to cancel my subscription, but it took several tries to get someone who would cancel it without rudely trying to persuade me to continue. Not worth the cost, doesn't work well, hard to get out of the subscription.

This company is still charging me after I cancelled months ago. This is definitely a scam.

Smile Actives is a scam. My older Dad ordered a one-time-only order for his teeth. He was then charged for the next two months. We contacted them and canceled his "subscription" and they won't let me cancel his account or remove his credit card from their website. They also kept asking why he wanted to cancel and were very rude when we told them he was no longer interested. I'm still dealing with this mess today. Please don't do it. The product does not work and it's a scam. The bank has been notified, and the fraud division called us interested in investigating them as they've had multiple issues. I would suggest reading about them on the Better Business Bureau or contacting them if you think you want to purchase this product.

I should’ve known better not to believe a tv commercial. I drink coffee, tea and red wine. So I m always looking for teeth whitening products. I was so anxiously waiting to get my smile active, after using it for weeks I saw not change and trashed it. More $$$$ wasted!!

Auto subscription scam. Trial is false advertising to get your credit card and charge for automatic shipments without your consent. This will be reported to the better business bureau and my attorney general’s office. Terrible business practices !!! Buyer beware.
