this company idoes not have customer service. You just look in the mail and there is a shipment you didi not know you were getting. You try to send it back by putting your request in writing and they claim didn't get it. refuse to work with their customers just want to continue to ship. Very misleading about your purchase the subscription that you don't know you are getting just shows up. Not good business practice!!! Never buy from them you will regret it!!!

This product is mediocre at best. Once they have their hooks in you they ramp up expensive product shipments and excessive charges. When you call to cancel they will not take no for an answer. The last agent said call back in 10 days so I call back, then he tried to say I could not cancel because the cutoff was 2 days ago. These guys are based in India and RIP OFF the US consumer.

Their product is decent and simple to use, however, they keep charging and charging money against your account once you buy something. And no matter how you try to cancel or stop this they keep on. I've received no product for 3 charges 3months in a row for $46.80 each and i'm still fighting with them. Buyer beware!

Stay away. I just saw that their TV ads are back. Complete ripoff, unless you are looking for an expensive toothpaste subscription. Update: 6/14/25 They're advertising again. I will update this review every time those scumbags resurface. Do. Not. Buy.

This is such a dishonest company to purchase from. When I initially ordered the small bottle from a TV commercial, it worked well so I ordered another 2 small bottles & when I did, they asked me if I wanted a monthly order & I said absolutely no. These 2 bottles will last me many months. Well, they did it anyway. Only the next shipment was a large bottle. I phoned PayPal. Smileactives said that they would discontinue sending. I then returned the large bottle & paid for the return. But I continue to see monthly charges from them. I want my full 2 month return now.

**Buyer Beware:** I was drawn into a trial offer for $24.95, and I knew it was a subscription when signing up but I didn't realize the next bottle is a larger, 90-day supply priced at $90.00. If the product had worked, I wouldn't have minded, but it did not work to whiten my teeth. Today, when I tried to cancel after 30 days of faithfully using every day they made it impossible to close my account. They did waive the fee for the first shipment in the subscription, but instead of allowing me to cancel my account easily, they insisted that I must accept the next shipment. Then to cancel, after receiving it, I will have to call again by April 21st and pay for return shipping to deactivate my account. This is very frustrating! 😡 Not good! **Buyer Beware:**

In short, I ordered an item in Dec 2024. Didn't know it came with a subscription. I cancelled my subscription once it renewed in Jan 2025, after seeing the charge hit my account. Their company confirmed the cancellation with an email dated Jan 17th, 2025. Now on Feb 18, 2025, I am charged yet again for something I cancelled and the business acknowledged. This is a class 5 felony! Update... I was able to chat with a rep now that the company website is back up. They told me that the refill pack was a 3 month supply pack and the total cost was $223.39 split into 3 payments. Nowhere in any documentation was this ever stated, otherwise I would not have purchased anything from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have cancel your card and get a new one and dispute with your card provider. This is a bait and switch tactic. Protect yourself.

I had very bad experience with this company. They put you on subscription without you even knowing it. You just get charged and get a package. And when you want to return this package that you didn’t even want in the first place, you have to pay for shipping and when they finally return your money they charge you for the shipping as well… unbelievable that this is advertised on tv.
