Terrible,deceptive business practice. I didn’t know I was tied into payments when I ordered the toothbrush with sample products. Was charged $42 initially then had a box sent to me with 3 plastic toothbrush heads and a 3oz bottle of whitening gel( I then checked my bank statement and see I was charged $46) when I talked to customer service,I could be refunded but the initial order with the toothpaste and sample sized gels and the second box with 3 toothbrush heads and gel had to be sent back in 2 different boxes( even though going to the same address) then you had to call back to see that they received it to get the refund.

I wouldn’t even give this so called company 1 star . They are a rip off ordered product not realizing that they put me on a recurring status. Which I never gave my permission to do so. When I called to cancel they informed me that my subscription would be canceled. Then was told there would be two more additional payments coming out of my bank account for $47.46.

False advertising- a product is pictured in the ads that is 3 times larger than the tiny product received. Add insult to injury- the stuff does NOT work at all! A total scam! I was told when I ordered the first time that I would not get another shipment until November. I called to cancel and was told another 3 month shipment had already been shipped because that scam I got first was only for 4 weeks. And that I will have to pay to ship the useless crap back! I am BEYOND mad! At myself for not checking here first for reviews and for people who sleep at night running crooked businesses like this!!! Potential buyers BEWARE!!!!

This is a Total Scam !! The worst example of false and misleading advertiising ever. It says clearly on the website: Cancel at Any Time . But they continue to charge my credit card, despite my demanding they cancel my account and crdit card usage. They should be in Jail !!!

You keep changing my credit card and I haven’t agreed to buy any more of this product. I was charged again two weeks after I got it for the first time. No phone to call this company

This company is a SCAM. They enroll you in a subscription and then when you cancel they keep charging you!!!! Then I cancelled my credit card so they couldn’t and they are harassing me by mail and email. Terrible awful company

Major SCAM. Cancelled and I've been billed three times now. Did speak with them and said they'd stop and refund me. NOT!! I will start posting on their FB site!

They deliver a token product BUT now have 'enrolled' and automatically bill you, without approval. A box will appear at your door, and you will have been billed a couple days prior. Attempts to return or reverse the bill are met with 'you agreed' - and the 'return minus shipping + handling charges' are not shared. DON"T fall for this scam and head ache - contact your credit card issuer, stop them from auto billing you - your card company can close your account and reissue you a new credit card.
