The gel burned my gums! That was the first time I used it!

I did not sign up for a subscription unless it was so disguised in the small print that only a Philadelphia lawyer would find it. Total scam. Product does not work.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. In addition to adding me to a subscription without asking me and charging me for several months, it was near impossible to cancel! The worst part though? Once you cancel, they tell you: "Your outstanding balance on this subscription is $95.90 which will be collected in monthly installments as scheduled. If you'd prefer to pay off your full balance today, please click on Pay Full Balance Below". SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Worst Company to deal with! I tried the trial subscription but read in the fine print you have to call to unsubscribe. I was then sent a bigger shipment in November, which was billed to me in three installments, which I wasn't expecting, totalling $190. When another payment came out of my account on Dec 24th, I went to the customer service to cancel, and the conversation drug out for over an hour, baiting me into another shipment and then cancelling. I stated I would pay for the third installment on the second full shipment, which I was unaware of and the customer service rep, Gale, kept telling me to accept the April shipment. I had to have her clarify that I would not be charged another 3-month payment plan, but she kept diverting. When I finally got upset and said to cancel the subscription as of today, she finally said it was cancelled. This has to be the worst experience with any company and subscription I have ever had!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Smileactives is a garbage product!!! Doesn't work. Don't buy it. The company is a BIG SCAM !!! They charge your account non stop. They don't refund. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

Same experience as many others! The product didn't work after following instruction for a month. Then we specifically signed up for a "onetime" purchase. Guess what, we got another charge. Then when attempting to cancel, they made all sorts of excuses why it was our fault. Absolutely a scam!!

I would give it a negative if it were possible. It didn’t work. I have tried to cancel it but they keep wanting to. Garage me 59.00 for another bottle. I have emailed them and everything. So I just ended up putting it as fraud.
