I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge or consent. They would not provide documentation of my order. The product doesn't work. Do not purchase from this company. It's a scam.

I never signed up for a monthly subscription, yet this company charged my card anyway. Customer service claimed they would “waive” the last charge as a courtesy, even though the charge was unauthorized. I disputed the transaction with my card issuer and locked my card to prevent further charges. A quick search of BBB complaints shows many customers reporting the same issue. This pattern raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices.

Do not buy from this company!! They trick you into buying a subscription and make it impossible to cancel!! Huge mistake!!! Do not buy from this company they are thieves!!!!! And the product does not work!!

Horrible company! I ordered once and they signed me up for auto shipment. Then sent me another product and billed me $90. I cancelled and they are still trying to bill me. I've talked with them twice with absolutely no help. Terrible customer service.

The subscription purchase is very deceptive. It is not clear that you are getting into a subscription. Their only email is a "noreply" email. It is very difficult to cancel. I had to go into my PayPal settings to cancel the subscription. I was charged three times, and I only received delivery once. Very bad business and customer care practices.

Awful - kept getting charged for a product that wasn never delivered. total scam don't buy it - you will keep getting charged for months and never received the product.

This is the worst company to deal with ever. I placed one order. Never signed up on the portal or had a password for smile actives. They said I had a subscription and they sent me out more smile, actives and pens and said that I owed 179 more dollars because it was 200 and something. First of all, I would’ve never ordered more bottles if I still have the little ones here and second of all they sent out smile, actives, and charge my credit card without my permission and I never signed up for a subscription. They are very hard to deal with and will not give you a return. Label to return the products to get your money back. Please do not order directly from this company maybe try Amazon. I’m not the only one saying this there are many reviews.

You think you're only buying one item, but unwittingly agreeing to a subscription that is difficult to cancel. If you return unwanted products for a refund, they subtract their shipping cost when you didn't even order it. Customer service doesn't want to take flat cancel request until you have to get nasty with them which is not in my nature. The cost of the second shipped item is 3 times the cost of the originally authorized purchase. This is your proverbial bait and switch tactic. Very dishonest business practices. The real kicker is that the product doesn't even work as described. Don't waste your time, your money or your patience with Smileactives. They are a scam.
