I wish I had seen this for him before I made my purchase. Influencers should not be trusted. The internet should not be trusted. This company is a scam!! I made my purchase today it wasn't until my purchase was already made that I saw the fine print that said they would charge me again in 3 weeks without my consent for a subscription I did not ask for. I made an account so I could try to find an unsubscribe button which does not exist. I finally was able to speak with Gary through their chat function who spent 30 minutes trying to convince me not to cancel my subscription I didn't ask for. I had asked Gary seven times to clearly cancel my subscription and it was not until I told him I was going to block the transaction on my PayPal that he finally deactivated my account and canceled my subscription"hopefully". I also made Gary send me the chat history and an email explaining that my account was deactivated. I still went through and blocked any future payments from them through PayPal. I always recommend paying through PayPal instead of using your credit card information because it has that blocking feature. I regret my decision to buy from Smile Actives

Same experience as everyone else. I bought a one time purchase for $25 and was unknowingly signed up for an auto replenish. The second bottle is $90!! (paid out over 3 months) Customer service was friendly and helpful but won’t refund the entire amount for the 2nd bottle. The resolution was to not charge me the final $30 payment. So I paid $60 for a product I didn’t order and that doesn’t work.

I saw ads on Instagram and tried it. I thought I ordered the product for a trial (1 purchase) but was somehow signed up for a subscription without realizing it. After 1 month I was charged for an auto shipment that I didn't know was coming. My first trial package was $25, and the auto shipment was $150. The payment was broken up over the course of 3 months and despite cancelling auto shipments I can't get out of paying that $150. I've used the product diligently for 5 weeks and have seen minimal change in whiteness.

Wanted one time shipment. Was enrolled in auto renewal. Size of Smileactives much smaller than advertised. Received second shipment and was charged. Called to cancel, which representative said she did, but two more shipments/charges are in play. No refund nor cancellation in mid cycle. Questionable practices, questionable customer service! Beware!!!!

I bought the product and was immediately on a subscription I did NOT agree to. AND I was charged. These are deceiving people!

Don't fall for their deceptive advertising. They don't give you two tall bottles. They give you two short bottles. Also, it is very difficult to stop the subscription. Plus the product does not work as well as they advertise. Buyer beware. Crest has the same ingredients and whitening as good or better at a lower cost and no subscription.

I would give zero stars if I can. They automatically put you in a recurring shipment that’s non-authorized, when you want to return an item, you have to pay the shipping to return it to them and they take out more shipping cost out of your return, which you’ll never get. Customer service is horrible. The product does not work at all. This business is a total scam that steals your money.

A complete SCAM. A hook and bait tactics, and a dubious customer service. You get enrolled in a subscription without your permission, you only figure out what just happened when you realize your form of original payment was recharged again. you can not stop them from shipping the product even if it has not processed yet on there end. when you complain, your told if your not happy then just ship the product back at your expense. the product is not as effective as they claim. save your self the headache and look at other products.
