SUPER !! 👍🏼 Daumen hoch für diesen KuSe! Zügig. Schnell. Unkompliziert.

we received the Str3 as a gift for my son's birthday. we love it! it's fun, convenient and compact. we had a small problem with the brake but customer service quickly solved my problem.

I purchased a trike from a consignment store that was missing the safety belt. After contacting the company and sending the proper pictures I received a replacement belt in 3 days! I am so happy with the customer service and my son loves his trike. Thank you so much for the speedy response!

Unbelievable customer service! I had an issue with the small trampoline and the issue was fixed so quickly. The representative Mace, responded fast and took action to help me right away. It says a lot about a company. I would recommend Smartrike to anyone with children, I have several products and I am a happy customer.

We bought a smarTrike Breeze for our 2 year old grandson a few weeks ago. On coming to assemble it last Monday we got completely stuck, being unable to assemble the handlebars/front wheel sections to make them connect & turn together. I emailed Customer Support the same day & from previous experience with other companies was not hopeful of a reply in the foreseeable future. To our delight we received an email from Shane the following morning acknowledging the problem & seeking more info & a video of the problem. This was sent straightaway & Shane responded the following morning with a short video clearly demonstrating the correct process. This arrived whilst l was out and when l got home my wife had completed the process in no time. Many thanks to Shane for a prompt and efficient response to our problem which was resolved in a couple of days.

Got the smartrike Breeze tricycle as a gift from our neighbors for our 1 year old. Unfortunately I made a mistake on building it by my own doing and broke the front wheel. Aya at the support center immediately got me going by sending the replacement part without much hassle. Great fast support and was able to finish building the bike and my son loves it!!

If I could I would give 10 stars to Mace! I Am amazed about Mace’s customer service. Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the help to figuring out what is wrong with our item and finding the solution so fast. Basically Mace has turned my horrible second hand shopping to be the best experience with SmartTrike !

Hello, my name is Connie and I live in Chile, South America. I recently had an excelent service from the custumer support and wanted to share my experience. We bought the smrtrike model SRT7 a couple of years ago but lost the footrest and of course our receipt. In my country they don't sell replacements so I asked directly to the customer service if by any chance I could buy the replacement. They not only solve my problem by sending me the replecament for free but also gave me an excellent service solving my doubts. 5 stars for sure! Hope the store can set out a warehouse or franchise in my country.
