Thanks to Mace for promptly replacing the faulty part which made the trike unusable at first. Now that it is put together and stays together, my daughter loves riding her smartrike.

These Trikes are AMAZING. Cute, durable, colorful. Purchased for twins for their first birthday. Note: guideline is 15 mo. I believe. There's a fold down landing spot for their feet as they are too young for pedals, a way to lock the steering feature and a handle for an adult to steer and push. All that can come off later so that the trike can be used with pedals independently. Nice safety features. Cost was great and I did need to contact customer support which was also great. I highly recommend these - would buy again if the opportunity arrises.

We recently received a smartrike as a gift for our daughter. I had put it all together when I realized there was no seat in the box. I emailed the customer support team and received a prompt response from Ira. Ira was super helpful and professional. The problem was easily fixed with no run around and the seat is on the way. Awesome customer service.

The trike is a fab design, folding makes it so portable and easy to use!!! Had a small issue with the break locking but customer service was prompt, friendly and very efficient and a small spray of WD40 soon rectified the problem😀 Big Thank you to Mace, for all of her help and support, I would highly recommend this product and company, my granddaughter loves her trike and Customer Service is 100%… Thanks again! 😀

I didn't fall in love with smartrike right away. The front wheel was absolutely not turning as I had seen in the videos and was almost convinced there is nothing to be done, as I had unpacked the bike after 30 days. Thankfully I had an amazingly pleasant experience with Shane from customer service who, after reviewing the videos and pictures with my issues, provided simple steps to follow and fix the issue. And then, I tested again! It's exactly as described. Baby (12 months) and I had an amazing day, up and down hills with absolute ease and I could easily hand him snacks from the carry on bag it comes with. I couldn't ask for anything more.
