Absolutely amazing service recently received from this company. After an airline lost the front wheel of our STR3 trike and refused to do anything about it, smarTrike stepped up and sent out a brand new wheel with no hassle. This was phenomenal customer service to receive after receiving such poor customer service from the airline! Thank you, smarTrike (and to you, too, Rory!)

SmarTrike really stands by their 2 year warranty. My daughter's loves her trike and it's been with us on every vacation and is used regularly. I followed up with smarTrike in some issues we were having, and they responded immediately and sent out a brand new trike within days. Their customers service is incredible, and my daughter is happy to have her trike with her again everywhere we go.

My 1 year old son loves his tricycle and for me it is too nice to see him enjoy in addition to the accessories that are so useful

Exceptional Customer Service! I bought a SmarTrike smarTfold 500 from eBay in March 2021. It has been great and our son loves it. In technical terms there are a couple of things that I would change but I would still highly recommend this trike. What has really cemented my love for smarTrike is the customer service. This has ben prompt and clear. We recently took our trike on holiday (v useful that it folds down so well). On our return I realised that I must have left the detachable pedals and after getting nowhere with the hotel staff I looked to see if I could buy replacements. I contacted smarTrike customer service by email and had an immediate response asking for some details. having shared this information, and explaining what I have done, the customer service person has insisted on sending me a new set of pedals completely free of charge. I can't remember when I last had such a great level of customer service. Bravo smarTrike, you have made my week! Thank you. Simon Miles

I am so happy with this at first I fault it was a scam but it’s not it just the PayPal and the emailing that gets me worried but my experience has been great my part come fast I ordered again then my package said it got delivered but it has been so emails smart trike then no problem at all sent me a new one and that come fast as well very happy and defo be ordering again if need more for my smart trike
