When a piece of my daughters smartrike 7in 1 came out customer support was fast and reliable. Constantly keeping you updated sent the piece as soon as possible. Even though the piece didnt work out they sent a return slip for the original item and once i shipped it out i got a new trike within 2-3 days. Franck and Ira were great, respectful, and reliable. I just want to say a big thank you for all the help I got in sourcing a part for a smartrike bike. I purchased the 'Smartrike STR7,' from Argos, this is a lightweight stroller we use as an alternative to the heavyweight Bugaboo pushchair. This stroller allows the child to grow into it and learn how to ride the tricycle independently, as the child progresses with age. I recently misplaced the pedals from new, and couldn't find replacement spares online such as Amazon. Eventually, I thought I may as well just try the obvious, and Ira from Smartrike made the spare parts/accessories so easy for me. If your Smartrike is out of warranty, and you're worried about accessing spares, just contact Smartrike support directly.

Warranty part sorted with 0 fuss from Smarttrike for our childs 1 year old smart trike.

We lost the wheels to our smartrike during the winter here. Ira was quick to help, and provided prompt and accurate information. They provided prompt responses and we were able to get our new wheels ordered easily and stress feee.

I purchased a smartrike back in November 2022. My baby loves this product and I use it on a daily basis, I love it too! Unfortunately a part on the product had broken so I contact customer service. A lady called Ira promptly responded advising they’ll send me a replacement trike if I provide a photo and serial number which was easy to locate. After, Ira quickly provided a prepaid shipping label for me to return the faulty product and advised a replacement would be sent upon receipt of the faulty item. At this point I was predicting a couple of weeks before I received the new trike but to my surprise it would literally a coupe of days! Ira was super efficient and I felt like she “under promised and over delivered” so thank you! I’m very happy. The warranty policy from Smartrike is great and I’ll definitely choose this company first when purchasing other items.
