I have had on going issues, starting from canopy not fitting into the slot (they sent a replacement) then the front wheel only wanting to go either straight or left, just wouldn't turn right! Then the break lever not working! We were sent out a new trike which we received today, only to find yet another problem. The trike handle will not lift!!! I have filmed the problem and emailed to customer service, waiting for response. This is beyond frustrating! Such an expensive product but manufactured so poorly! At this rate I rather just receive a full refund and buy a trike from elsewhere! Update: I am aware you have to push the metal pin in and pulling up the parent handle at the same time, despite doing that it still doesn't lift! Hence the poor review. Anyhow, customer service have contacted me and are sending out a new trike, here's hoping there's no further problems.

We received a Smartrike as a Christmas gift from my brother in law. It was brand new and shipped directly from the company to us. It’s been such a piece of junk that I told my husband to please get it out of the house and put it out with the bulk trash. The wheels lock randomly when you’re walking and it’s impossible to unlock with your feet or even hands. It takes so much force and it will lock over and over randomly when you’re walking. I used it a few times but when I’m out alone with the baby and it locks I have to carry a heavy baby and a heavy tricycle home because I can’t unlock it. It’s a horrible quality. Not sure how this company is in business selling something that cannot be used.

After 15 days waiting for my smartrike I still haven't received anything. I contact Smartrike and parcelforce daily to see what's going on and they both don't respond, never return calls or contact me. From Smartrike they refer me to parcelforce and there in the tracking my parcel it says that she has been in delivery since February 15, today is the 28th and I am still without my package and without information. Don't buy from Smartrike or use parcelforce because the service and customer support is terrible on both, don't waste your time and money Smartrike order 2200003699 Parcelforce tracking TI6648218

Can anyone tell me how they managed to get a hold of customer service ? So far I’ve tried 2 email addresses out of booklet and a number out of the box with the smartrike, plus left a message on smartrikes Facebook wall all to no avail , trying to contact them about a problem with my daughters trike she got for her birthday but having no joy

This was one of the worst ordering experiences of my life with completely unhelpful customer service. They stated in my order confirmation that it takes 3-5 business days to ship and it would require an adult signature upon delivery and they’d send shipping information shortly. Well, I never got a shipping email and after I sat around my house waiting for delivery for almost 2 weeks I decided to call the customer service phone number provided on their website... TURNS OUT it’s just a call center that only deals with warranty issues. They have no phone number to speak to anyone to help with actual customer service issues. When someone finally responded via email they spent several days trying to deflect blame and trying to make it seem like I had put in the wrong mailing address or something even though I sent screen shots of the confirmation order emails and invoice with my correct information. Totally unprofessional, they shockingly gave me a refund after not being able to push blame on anyone but themselves for sending my order to someone else but they refused to send me what I ordered even though they messed up! Spent almost a month total trying to communicate with these imbeciles. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, they don’t even do business in this country. The unhelpful warranty people admitted that the people in charge or actual orders are from “over seas” AKA CHINA. This company sucks, don’t waste your time or money
