Great company, great product. I bought the SmarTrike str7 for my little boy for Christmas 2023. The item itself is well built and easy to put together, but unfortunately for us the brake kept coming on when we used it. I contacted the company, who gave me some instructions on how to realign the brake. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but when I contacted them again with a video and details of the problem they sorted it out straight away with a replacement trike, even though it was a good few months since we'd purchased it. Now, we have a perfect trike that is great to use and my little boy absolutely loves it. We couldn't be happier. The trike is easy to fold, light to lift and nice and sturdy once in use. Even with the initial problems I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and company to anyone that wants a stroller type trike, that converts into a peddle trike. A*

Needed to replace the stroller bag as the stitching had ripped on the seam. Was able to contact and received prompt responses to my warranty inquiry. Company maintained contact during recent postal strike to ensure I did eventually receive my item which they had shipped on request. Stroller had 2 war warranty and was almost a year old so it was nice to be able to get the shopping bag replaced with no hassle.

We have a Smartrike xtend which our daughter loves! Currently used as a trike but looking forward to converting it to a scooter. We had an issue with the trike. “Complete user error” nothing wrong with the trike/scooter. I spoke with the customer care team and heard back within 24 hours with a solution. Had some bits sent to my address with in 5 days of contacting them. Fantastic product and even better customer support. Big thanks to Aya for everything.

We love our trike and use it every day. Small, light and fancy. The costumer service is fast and helpful. I am satisfied.

Bought a smart trike whilst putting it together i broke one of the inserts emailed smart trike spoke to mace vallo really helpful and understanding asked if I could buy some new ones received email back saying parts ordered free of charge you don’t often get service like this nowadays if I could give ten stars would do if I could superb company

I purchased a second hand smartrike that was missing the foot pedals so I decided to contact customer service via email. The rep helped me very quickly, showing me where the model info was so that they could find the right part. Very easy process! Mace, who I was in communication with, was quick to respond with a solution. 10/10 would recommend! Excellent customer service.

We purchased the 3 in 1 trampoline for our little one. Amazing product that has grew with her from a ball pit to a trampoline with handle. Unfortunately the handle came off. We got in touch with smartrike who provided amazing customer service keeping us informed throughout the replacement process. We now have a new trampoline which my little one is over the moon to see it return.
