I ordered the wrong color trike! and the customer service representative made making the return very easy. they communicated with me very promptly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company we have several of their products and they are great!

Customer service was very helpful. They responded very promptly to my emails. They assisted me with my concern and replaced the ball pit due to it not fitting appropriately. My first item that shipped was lost and not delivered. The customer service was very helpful in guiding me how to go about the issue and making sure I received my second replacement package. Highly recommend this company.

We got my sons smartrike trampoline for his 2nd birthday. Sadly this Christmas the handle broke off. I emailed customer service and Ira was quick to respond with a resolution. I was worried there wasn’t a warranty after 90 days but she immediately offered us a replacement and shipped it out to us. It was easy, no hassle and all we had to do was ship back the broken one! I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are having any issues, this was the best present my son has ever had and it meant the world to us we got it replaced without having to buy a new one. We bought our Smartrike for our granddaughter and gave it to her for Christmas. We easily put it together and went for a walk, at 9 months her joy was obvious with clapping and giggling as we all took turns pushing and then walking or running in front of her to see her laugh as she came towards us. For my care day we folded the STR up and I took it with me. It was easy to setup and go for a lovely 2 mile walk. It was just me walking with her riding and shortly after we started I noticed she was humming. She hummed through the whole walk. We are happy with our Smartrike, it is everything we expected. I have a friend who has one for her daughter. When she and I went for a walk I thought it was such a smart choice. That’s when I decided to buy it for our grand. It’s folded in my trunk so I can have it every time I’m with her.
