Four parts of my son's smart trike were lost which made it unusable. I contacted customer service and got immediate reply and solution. The contact was really helpful and responded in no time. The spare parts were not expensive and arrived within the promised time. The contact also send instructions how to repair it. Positive experience

I contacted smarTrike because I hit my son's scooter by my car and a small part was broken. They were very helpful and responsive. I was informed within a few days that the part was shipped free of charge and I can expect to receive it within a few weeks.

I needed a replacement pedal for my son’s 3-in-1 bike and emailed customer service. I was pleasantly surprised on the quick response and how helpful Mace was in locating the replacement pedal and shipping it to me within a few days. Great customer service!

We received the smarttrike for Christmas 2020. The pin that allows the handlebar height to be adjusted fell inside the handlebar when I tried to move the height up. I contacted customer service and Mace was very helpful and kind. First trying to troubleshoot how to fix it which unfortunately didn’t work, they’re sending me a new handlebar assembly which will take a few weeks to arrive but I’m not upset about that. I’m just happy they take responsibility for their product and are getting me the replacement part we need so my daughter can enjoy the scooter again.

I received really good service from smartrike! The belt on our trike was slightly damaged but was totally out of use. I contacted smartrike to see if they could help. After sending pictures of what was broken and proof of purchase they sent out a new belt which arrived within 5 days. They communicated effectively & resolved the issue efficiently. Thank you very much!
