I needed two wheels for my smarTrike. Mace helped me along the way. As soon as I got my PayPal up and running I payed for the wheels and received them two days later. Mace was very helpful and patient with me. Can’t thank smarTrikes enough. Exited for my grandson to hop back on the trike. Thanks again SmarTrikes!!

I needed a part for my Smart Trike, wasn’t sure how to order it, I could not state what the trike wasn’t doing correctly. I had a customer service person get in touch with me via email Much sooner than I expected. The customer service stayed proactive , asking me to send them a video of the problem, letting me know the problem, they’d located a part, did I want to purchase, my order was placed, my order was in the way, did I get what I needed…. Since corona, I have NEVER had this kind of customer service from any place!! Very few times before corona! Blew me away!!

My one year old loves her trike. Ran into an issue with a part and customer service replaced it without hesitation. Very impressed with the way they handled our situation!

I contacted customer care for a replacement part and dealt with a colleague named Mace. The process was easy to follow and Mace was also great support every step of the way. The product quality itself is great quality tailoring to multiple stages from 10 months up. My son absolutely loves being in this instead of the pram so it has become the accompaniment for strolls to the park etc. I would 100% recommend this company for the quality, the ease of use for changing modes and most of all the excellent customer service!

I have had the most positive experience with the customer services of smarTrike in particular Ira, she was amazing! We were bought a smarTrike as a gift for my daughter and unfortunately whilst going for a walk, the rear axle snapped. I contacted customer services and had the pleasure of being contacted by Ira, she kindly spoke me through the details of sending the previous smarTrike back and sent a prepaid shipping label. Following that, within 7 days We received a brand new replacement and are so over the moon with the entire customer service we received!

I purchased a smarTrike for my 8 month old son who refuses to be transported in anything else. We tried all the high-end strollers (Uppababy, Nuna, Bugaboo) and he wouldn’t last longer than 15 minutes in them. The smarTrike keeps him entertained and engaged while I get to have a bit of storage and not worry about sun protection because of the canopy. When I ran into an issue, Mace in the customer service department helped me trouble shoot and ended up sending me a replacement part. I appreciated the quick and kind help that honestly surpassed the service I received with $1000+ strollers.

Had a little problem with steering, contacted customer service and little WD 40 helped. No problems with steering anymore. Since we live in Canada, customized canopy was not an option so we had a piece missing in the front but wonderful customer service helped us with that too, we paid for the shipping cost and got customized canopy too, even though it says on the website that they don't deliver in Canada. Thank you so much for everything ❤️😊
