We got our trike as a present and when we open my daughter got so excited but i notes the seat had a crack. I contacted customer service and in a few days my daughter was happy riding her trike. Very happy with the service x and my daughter love to ride her trike she also love her to push her toys on it.

The trike I bought missed a pedal. I noticed it after 2 years when it was time to put them on for my granddaughter. The customerservice went all the way to solve te problem! Best service I ever had in my entire life! You can trust these guys and you can count on them in case of a problem! Great job!

My granddaughter received a SmarTrike as a gift. A part was broken during assembly. I called SmarTrike to order a replacement part, the transaction was very easy. After a few email exchanges, the part was ordered and a few weeks later the part was received. Thank you Mace for keeping me updated during the entire process.

We bought my daughter a SmarTrike for her first birthday. Around 18 months later she was ready to start using the pedals and we realised the clutch on the front wheel wasn’t locking into place properly. We contacted SmarTrike for assistance and received a new front wheel in the post within days. My daughter is now happily pedalling her trike, and I would like to thank Mace and the team for their excellent customer service.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in years! I bought the trike for my grandson and unfortunately there was a slight problem with the canopy. Customer service was outstanding in walking me through to correct the problem. The service was provided to me promptly and patiently, I highly recommend them. And my grandson LOVES the smartTrike!

My daughter absolutely loves her scooter. She recently had an axel bolt break I emailed smartrike and they couldn't find the part I needed so they sent a whole new scooter deck for free. Easiest, fastest, replacement I have ever experienced.

We just bought this summer our smarTrike for our little one!!she really loves it, we took it with us on vacation!sadly when we got back(via airplane), piece of it was missing (wheel mudguard), which made it hard to control the trike! I asked smarTrike costumer service if they can help about it, as I couldn't get from anywhere the part! Great communication and really happy to help me with the situation...after a week or so I got the part(free of charge and free P&P), all work perfect again now, my daughter enjoy it very much! Great customer service, After broken one part they asked me to verify my purchase and some pictures from broken part than got it less than one week, So they make my 2 years old son happy
