The only gate i could find that would span our very large stairs. It is so nice to be able to completely open it to carry in groceries as things from the front door!

Hi Shelley—thank you the excellent 5-star review. Retract-A-Gate is the widest safety gate available covering openings up to 72-inches. Another advantage you mentioned is its ability to “disappear,” as it is only 3.5-inches in diameter when retracted. Retract-A-Gate simply offers the best balance of features and security of any gate in its class. If you every have any questions, contact us at [email protected]. Thanks, Deanna at Smart Retract.
