I have sold two phones with them ..

Not quite happy or disappointing just ok
Transparency was off the charts...the only misunderstanding was that they charged me for shipping materials and also sent a shipping lable rushed me via email to ship the phone for prompt payment.... so I've sent it ASAP... paid for shipping materials AGAIN they didn't take that under consideration after I emailed them to express my concern and didn't credit me back the money for the shipping materials that arrived at my house 2 days after they got my phone.... and started with the process.... and the prompt payment was not very prompt at all.. after 2 days of process I got a link to add my banking information and now payment will not be processed for another 5 days..... why rush me to send you the phone yet take your time to pay!!! That's my only issue otherwise I'm just a pleased customer... not sure if I could recommend this prosses to customers that would like to get payment just as fast as shipping 🤔

Our reminder emails are sent automatically, and we’re sorry if they caused you any stress. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after arrival, and ACH payments are sent as soon as the order is complete. From there, banks can take up to 3 business days to post the funds.
