We're sorry your original payment didn't reach you and understand how frustrating that can be. I see we were able to work with you to cancel the original check and issue a new payment through ACH to get this resolved. I'm glad we could find a solution and get your payment taken care of. Thank you for giving us the chance to work through this with you!
