The baby bear song learner shipped on time. Packaging was great from Smart Kids Planet. My grandchildren will love it so much. They are great fun toys for toddlers.

Purchased the aqua paad for my grand kids as a chrstmas gift. I dont know about the quality of the item yet, but the customer service and shipping was excellent.. The product shipped and was delivered quickly..

I bought a nice toy for my nephew. They never sent me the tracking information eventhough I asked them several times. For my suprise when my package finally arrived it came in a Amazon Prime box which explains why they never sent me a tracking number. This people just resell you toys you can find in Amazon at half the price and they don't even bother to change the box. I bought a Workbench toy for $79 from them... the same toy was $36 in Amazon. Total ripoff.

Wish I had looked here before ordering. I thought I was getting a high quality product but like several others, they sent me a different product from Amazon that was 1/2 the cost. Plus they had the audacity to charge me shipping! I have contacted them and am waiting for my refund. Never again! Don’t buy from them!

After purchasing this item and it being sent to us from Amazon, we found the same exact item being offered on Amazon for less than half the price that Smart Kids Planet is charging their customers.

After a previous 1 star review, Smart Kids Planet reached out to me and made good on my issue with them. They agreed to refund me the full cost of my problem and permitted me to keep the item free. They were stand up with regard to remedy the customer service aspect, which I do appreciate. However the item I did receive initially was sub-standard in value. Hopefully, this was an anomaly and that their other products are indeed quality.

The customer service for this company outstanding. Did not receive my order as notified and they sent an immediate replacement. Donna Wilson is great! The only downside (and I didn't check) is that this toy is made in a country I don't support. It is a birthday gift so I don't know yet how it works.

Bought a family gift that was gift bagged and sent with a personal note. Hard to find personal service with quality merchandise and will shop here in the future.
