Idk if this site is fraudulent or just trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting parents. A toy listed for $50+ on their site is listed as $17 elsewhere. The toy is nice and I can see it costing that in this crazy economy but definitely giving scammer vibes. Double check the items online prior to purchase.

I never received my package. They sent a photo of the product when it was "delivered," and it had Amazon packaging. Donna claimed they use Amazon's shipping service and do drop shipping from Amazon. However, the products they list on their website can also be found on Amazon's website for less. I asked for a refund because I never got the product in the first place, which is their "The Wonderful World of Learning," which costs 190 on their website (I paid over 200 due to shipping). Upon further research, the same product can be found for a fraction of the cost. I would never recommend this website to someone else. I will never buy another item from here myself.

Ordered on Dec. 4th 4 toys total $236, was told would be delivered Dec. 11th no tracking number, reached out Dec. 11 was told it would be delivered Dec. 11-12th no tracking number. Reached out Dec 12th was told it would deliver the 18th no tracking number. Reached out Dec. 16th for a tracking number, "cannot provide one if you don't receive by the 18th we will reopen a trouble report". Same exact 4 toys on amazon $84!! Total Scam

Total scam. They over charge for products listed on Amazon, and then buy you the product from Amazon as a gift so you can’t return it. the website should be shut down

My experience was identical to some of the other one-star reviews. Ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on Dec. 2. On December 8 I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I emailed twice, used the contact form, and finally called the customer service number to verify. All interactions were with "Donna". She told me, at first, that the order had shipped and would arrive Dec. 8 or 9. I asked for tracking and she managed to talk her way around that. Somehow, she couldn't provide that. When it didn't come by the 10th, I called and talked to her. She said it had shipped and was on its way. I asked why I hadn't received a shipping or tracking email. She said she'd check into it and get back to me. On Dec . 11th after no response, I called again and she said that it had shipped, then said it hadn't shipped but was 'on its way', somehow, and then that it would be here today! I asked for tracking and she said she'd email it, or that it had been emailed. I asked her to do it again. Nothing. Finally, I asked her to cancel the order and refund the money. She said she didn't know if she could do that because it had shipped. I said, if it has shipped, give me a tracking number--no dice. I realize now that as many have said, she (or someone else) might be ordering cheaper (in my case half price) toys on Amazon, marking them up and having them shipped from Amazon. When I said this, she swore that Amazon was only their shipping partner. I said that I wanted a refund. She said she'd look into it and see if it was possible. I said If I didn't hear back from her within a day I would file a claim with the credit card company. At that I had an email in my inbox within an hour saying that the order was cancelled and refunded. I am waiting to see if it goes through.. I would like to add that I have no idea if "Donna" is a woman stuck in an impossible situation. She was always courteous and apologetic. So it is possible that she is as much a victim as the customers who are being misled.

My item arrived in Amazon packaging, with an Amazon receipt and Amazon gift receipt inside the box (that said “From Seller” on it). Customer service claims they didn’t just take my money and buy the product through Amazon, that they just use them as a shipping service… But honestly I’m skeptical. I’ve been trying to avoid supporting Amazon which is why I purchased here. But the same exact toy costs over 70% less on Amazon, and I can’t shake the feeling that they just ordered through there and pocketed the extra money… They are sending me a return label and refunding me for the toy, which I appreciate, but they are keeping the shipping cost. All around very frustrating experience and this company seems super shady… I found a few other very similar complaints/experiences to mine on the BBB (better business bureau) website for Smart Kids Planet too.

SCAM ALERT—— This company took my money for bongo drums for my toddler grandson. The item was sent from Amazon. Upon checking Amazon, they had the same item for less than third the price. I asked to return the bongos. After emails back and forth with “Donna”, I received a return label. Customer service does not answer the phone. Not only do they have my money, I no longer have the product. SCAM ALERT

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*** I ORDERED AN ITEM THAT WAS LISTED FOR $99. IT ARRIVED IN AN AMAZON PRIME BOX!!! I FOUND THE EXACT SAME ITEM ON AMAZON FOR HALF THE PRICE! I'VE EMAILED AMAZON EXECUTIVE OFFICES AND HOPE THAT THEY DISCONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH "SMART KIDS PLANET."
