Make a mistake and they hold your money indefinitely.
For some reason I set up two payment sources and both were accepted at their end for some time. This caused a $100+ balance to build up. When I asked for this amount to be returned, they refused. I cancelled the payment sources I had with them in the hope that it would just get used up. I also got my domain name through them so I assumed like the hosting package, it would come from the running balance. This didn’t happen but it doesn’t really bother me. What concerns me is I have a $70 balance and I again asked for it to be returned. They said they can’t. When I accused them of keeping my money they said I was wrong, I can still use it with them but have no need to. End result, my money is in their pocket not mine. Today, it’s easy to send $1 or $10,000 anywhere in the world- these can’t though.
