Customer service went beyond expectations. My trip was cancelled due to hurricane and the customer service talked to the hotel and able to cancel my reservation. The forecast has changed last minute so I lost tickets for flights but I was able to get cancelation for hotel thanks to excellent service.

Booked a hotel in Maui at 10:30am, checked into the hotel at 3:30pm without any problems! I was a bit scared that the website was a scam but it all went very smooth. Saved me a lot of money!

My first experience was not the best to say the least. My hotel was cancelled without my knowledge and I was unable to find another room so my trip was cancelled to Baltimore.They refunded my money and gave me a credit that I used to go to Miami. Had a great time. I would use them and recommend them overall.
