Our customers have been leaving positive reviews on SiteJabber but SiteJabber refuses to publish positive reviews unless we pay for their service. This company is a complete scam and claim to be the good guys but truthfully they are what’s wrong with review business in general.

As others have said they post negative reviews and not positive reviews. This is clearly to "encourage" you to pay for the premium membership to address this. We have many customers that have told us they have initiated a positive review and have a confirmation email yet the review never posts. We have reached out to Sitejabber about this and get a canned response that is a cut and paste. Ironic that there is a scam site about being scammed.

I wrote a negative review on about a dating website. I'm not sure it got saved due to me being too quick fingered. I tried to sign back into site jabber and forgot my password. I requested an email three times to reset my password. I'm still waiting for their email. I'd say they are a scam and could be tied to shady scam sites to protect them. The reason I say that, is the company I wrote the truthful negative review on, contacted me wanting me to agree to not say anything negative about them. Only then would they take my profile off line. Looks like info sharing to me. Sitejabber will take money however it comes.

They allow fake spam reviews to be published on your company profile. 1 star obviously FAKE reviews that they say they need 5-10 business days to take down. Looks like they have zero human moderation over there. Crypto spam reviews are being published on legitimate business profiles and they will not take it down in any expedient manner. Pitched me their paid services when I requested that obvious spam reviews be removed. EDIT: Responding to their comment, no, not every review platform is dealing with this. Some review platforms employ human moderators to verify the identity of every reviewer before publishing. There is no reason a review company should not be moderating every review using a human moderator.

SCAM. Auto renews, even with written cancelation from prior YEAR. Will not respond to repeated inquiries. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Alles! Läuft! Nicht! Ware kommt viel zu spät. Retournieren auf eigene Kosten-ok. Bin ich mit einverstanden. Man bekommt aber kein Retourenlabel. Ware für 150€, die ich nicht mehr brauche, da sie für einen Anlass war, der erledigt ist. Geht jetzt an einen Anwalt

I left a review about a Bosisto's product. It was a lenghty one about the ingredients on their nasal spray which was not published on Sitejabber. They deleted it with no explanation. This leads me to believe that they are not a true representation of uncontrolled customer reviews. - response to reply by Sitejabber - it's been months and still not there 🤔

Numerous people on Sitejabber.com--allegedly a job search evaluation site--gave bad reviews on a supposed job search site called "LENSA". What immediately made me suspicious of both Sitejabbera and Lensa is that Lensa answered a lot of the complainants by writing that "Lensa reached out to the complainant on Sitejabber's Job Resolution site bit got no answer". What?! Why would the rater of a job search website have a "job resolution site? They would have no information qualifications or manpower to do this. Sounds as if Lensa owns Sitejabber or something else shady is going on. I'd run like hell from both!
