Hey Valentino, thanks for reaching out. Reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged for further review which can take up to 30 days, especially if you’re a new account. Your reviews have most likely not been deleted, but just aren’t published on the business’s page yet. Can you share your Sitejabber profile with us at [email protected]? We’re happy to look into this further.

Sitejabber scam
Sitejabber scam: I collected over 150 legitimate reviews for 12 years. Sitejabber notices your success & pressures you to subscribe to their (totally unnecessary) "review collection tools" costing $1000's. When you decline the subscription, the Sitejabber scam algo suddenly decides most of your reviews (which have been there for years) are not genuine and are deleted. They don't even notify or inform you. Proof with screenshots of communication with customers is rejected. However if you pay, you can create fake reviews, no problem. Don't waste your time.

Nope…
First their robot system prefer negative reviews, and the positive one is very hard to get a green light. And I'm not sure the reason why our reply/comments cannot be shown in our small business page. I think this website will be a small business killer.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We appreciate the opportunity to address this. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either. Can you please send us more details at [email protected]? We're happy to look into why your comments aren't visible. We look forward to hearing from you.

Fake reviews to the extreme! Corrupted?
There is only one thing that makes sitejabber better than trustpilot, they allow screenshots. However, sitejabber has very little control over the batched fake reviews and makes sitejabber reviews totally different to other review sites. I find trustpilot being one of the best and most genuine in reviews as they block sites that have had many fake reviews and being promoted in reviews. Sitejabber is among the worst! Thank you for your answer, but it is not good enough as you claim your review site uses AI, Artificial Intelligence. Well, I can tell you that your AI is very bad or non existent. I work with this technology and are an IT expert. You are LETTING those through by purpose as the steps to prove that the review is genuine. So, it is a blatant lie.

Hey there, we apologize for any inconvenience. We understand that fake reviews are a huge concern. In fact, the more popular the review platform, the more it attracts fraudulent reviews – and sadly, every prominent review platform is dealing with this. Sitejabber uses sophisticated algorithms to detect patterns of fake reviews, and community members can also flag suspicious content. Our dedicated, live moderation team that assesses reported reviews – this manual process means it can take some time to process removal requests. Thank you.

No idea why/how I received an email…
No idea why/how I received an email asking to leave a review. No thanks, unsubscribed of course. Few days later a reminder to leave a review... Unsubscribed for a second time. Spammers.

Hey there, we apologize for any inconvenience. Our intentions are never to spam anyone, we’re sorry this has been your experience.

Total scam
Total scam they leave bad reviews to businesses so they can get paid to remove it.
Response from SmartCustomerApr 10, 2023
Hey Philip, we appreciate the opportunity to address this. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either. Additionally, we also don’t leave reviews ourselves. Every business has the ability to monitor and dispute reviews using our review management platform (for free). If you need any assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Can't even log in to leave a review
Tried to leave a review on SiteJabber... I have a login there and have filed reviews in the past, but all the links on their page related to login functionality were dead. Expected to write my review, and then log in in the process of filing it. Then I tried logging in before starting to write up my review. But in each case the site was effectively inaccessible to me. Had a proof of purchase photo and everything. Seems like SiteJabber is not interested in community reviews any more. I won't waste my time with them in future.
