Not useful
I’ve found writing reviews on this site to be frustrating. Even after submitting a review along with proof of purchase, it doesn’t get published. It feels like a waste of time when genuine feedback isn’t being acknowledged or made visible.

Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It’s possible your reviews haven’t been removed but instead filtered. Our review filter uses an algorithm to display the most relevant content, which may exclude certain reviews, as we actively work to prevent fraudulent or bot-generated posts.
If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact our support team at [email protected].

Oh my god I rarely write reviews
Oh my god I rarely write reviews...this is why. I went to the bother of writing a review when prompted from green motion site. I wrote a detailed review and then had to dig out my booking reference. The review still wouldn't submit as it said my review was ' poor ' as I hadn't added proof of purchase or photos. As it's noted as 'optional', surely that's up to me, (and also not relevant to the review) So congratulations Site jabber, I have made a rare review , as the site is soooo poor.

Hey Tamsin, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. Please note that proof of purchase is not required to submit a review on Sitejabber. It appears there may have been an issue with the link you received from Green Motion.
Could you please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into this and ensure it’s resolved? We are happy to help!

Awful company
This company allows people to make defamatory comments about others, with no recourse.
They also provide misleading claims on their website, and claim to be a site to allow 'consumers' to review 'busineses', but in practice allow trolls to review anything, including non-businesses.

Sitejabber is not recommended
Sitejabber is a very poor website; they ostensibly exist to allow "consumers" to review "businesses", however it turns out that they allow literally anyone to review anything, even a non-business.
They make all sorts of claims on their website about how they are to give "consumers confidence" but they do not actually act in accordance with this.
Response from SmartCustomerJul 2, 2025
Hey Martin, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. At Sitejabber, our goal is to give consumers a space to share genuine experiences and help others make informed decisions. We also work hard to keep spam and bots off our platform. Our review filter uses a specialized algorithm to show only the most relevant, authentic content. Broken site, no support, stuck at 60%
Sitejabber is a broken platform. My profile has been stuck at 60% for weeks. I tried to upload information, add content, and complete my setup, but every time I click “Add”, the site crashes or shows an error. No support team responds. No live chat, no email, and no working feedback form. How can you expect people to trust or recommend a service that doesn’t even allow users to complete their profiles? This is a poor experience and a waste of time. I do not recommend Sitejabber until they fix their servers and start acting professionally.

Can’t Even Submit a Review – What’s the Point?
I spent all this time filling out every section of the review, got green check marks across the board, and still couldn’t submit it. No error message, no explanation — just nothing. Total waste of time.
Also, it’s ridiculous that they require a section about yourself when writing a review. People read reviews to learn about the company or service, not the person writing it. Forcing users to share irrelevant personal info just to leave feedback is a terrible user experience. Fix your platform.

Hey there, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. While it's possible that this may have been a bug and has since then been resolved, we're happy to investigate. Could you provide us with your Sitejabber username or send us an email at [email protected]? We'll look into this matter further for you.
Regarding the request for personal information: this is in place to help prevent fake or automated reviews, which unfortunately are becoming more common. That said, we understand your concerns and are actively working to improve the review process without compromising authenticity. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand.

Don't Waste Your Time With Sitejabber
It was pretty good for awhile until I started noticing after the site revamp they started deleting my reviews. Also, the once or twice that I tried to submit a positive 5 star review, it simply never got published. They just ignored it. You post critical, negative (and truthful, mind you) reviews, they eventually delete them. You post positive reviews, they ignore them. There's no winning with these people. I DO NOT recommend this site.
EDIT: In response to the SJ representative, you saw firsthand my review on your site was specific, thorough and NOT fake and as you can clearly see I am not a "bot". I have tried several times to change the parameters of your search options to find my review and it never showed up. So to blame it on some proverbial boogeyman (your "algorithm") as I've seen you use several times as a general blanket statement on other people's reviews in an attempt to save face is pretty lame. You deleted my review, just own up to it. Which is why I will never use your site again. Want to be a magician and make this one star a five star? Reinstate my review. Your choice...
EDIT 2: Apparently SJ felt the need to hide my review into a quote "less helpful" category including three others who all like myself, highlight the toxic behavior of said site. The only way you could find this category is if you already knew the title of review and knew what to look for. Evidently, SJ deems itself an authority on what's "helpful" and uses loose and subjective terminology ("inappropriate language", "bots", "scammers" "algorithm", etc) to justify it's rampant need to censor anyone who denotes biased and quite honestly, toxic behavior. Warning others of abusive behavior is apparently "less helpful" to SJ. Says a lot about them...
